Credit card payment and/or billing instructions are provided with quotes to allow for immediate acceptance.
How soon do translation projects begin after approval?
Translation projects are assigned to translators as soon as approvals are received to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
How are completed translation projects delivered to customers?
Completed projects are emailed as attachments or sent via a secure download link for the fastest delivery. Hard copies are mailed on request.
What is the confidentiality policy?
All files we receive are kept confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request.
How long does it take to receive a quote?
During normal business hours we can usually provide written quotes for services within one hour after receiving your files. Often we can respond in just a few minutes.
Especially complex projects or translation projects involving less common languages can take a little longer. In those cases we’ll let you know by email so you’re informed and know when to expect our quote.
Can I receive a quote for services without sending my material?
Translation services are priced according to the source material word count. We can provide the rate information for an approximate quote if you let us know the language you’re interested in.
