Professional Document Translation Services

Translation of text contained in an electronic document file is a standard service performed by most language services providers. Text for translation is most often contained in one of several common formats including MS Word, PDF, JPEG, Powerpoint, Excel, and others. File formats with editable text are perhaps best suited for translation since existing text can serve as a template of sorst for translation and any preexisting formatting can be maintained.

At our company we welcome telephone calls from any interested or prospective translation services client. Clients can also just email us their files without calling. Clients sometime contact us by phone to get a general idea concerning pricing and project schedules. It’s not uncommon for a new client to prefer to speak to a live person prior to sending their files to us electronically for a firm quote.

When clients are ready we request that they send us the files so we can review them, calculate the word count (our metric for determining pricing), and also to evaluate the condition of the text. If text legibility is good then the project schedule can often be accelerated some as a result.

Quotes for translation services are of course free and there’s no obligation to proceed with a project that’s been quoted. Clients needn’t have any reservations about requesting a quote and then subsequently considering whether they want to proceed with a project.
