How Our Translation Services Work

A client comes to us and needs written text expressed in another language. Maybe it’s some type of document, perhaps a legal agreement, or a technical manual. It could be website text with graphics, an eLearning course, or some other type of digital content. In some manner language is involved and needs to be translated or in some other way changed in form.

Our client is thinking: “How much will this cost and how soon can we get it done?”

We’re thinking: “What resources do we need to apply to this project? What process do we need to follow to ensure a high-quality project? What’s the most favorable delivery schedule we can offer? And then, what do we need to charge?”

On our side we engage in these calculations many times a day … thousands of times each year. The end result is that our clients’ needs are met, our business is sustained, and we’re available to our clients the next time they require a language service.
