Translation Delivery Email

No matter the scope (large or small) of the translation project, or the challenges we’ve overcome mid-project (that the client doesn’t hear about), the email notification with the project delivery is basically the same. Essentially the message is: “Here is (are) your translation file(s). We’ll be available if you need anything else. Thank you very much.”

At the completion of a larger project, perhaps a project that spans numerous weeks, it can seem a bit anticlimactic to wrap it all up with just a few lines of text in an email. Typically clients have many other issues and concerns to contend with on a daily basis. Often they aren’t interested in hearing about all the project details (or even how wonderful we are). They pay us to take care of whatever’s required and not burden them with information they don’t need, perhaps won’t understand, and won’t make their job/life any easier.

So with each project delivery we celebrate in a small way. The client’s need is met. They’ll have future needs. And we’ll be available for the next project (in 2 days, 2 months, or 2 years).
