So we’re selective in the language services we offer. By selective we mean we only offer services in categories where we excel, where we’re most likely to best satisfy the needs of the customers that we serve.
Our business future is based on delivering a high degree of satisfaction to our customers. If we can’t achieve that then we don’t have a sustainable basis for doing business.
