How To Request A Quote For Business Translation Services

Most business translation projects our company performs begin with a quote for services. A business client has text in one language (the source language) and it needs to be translated into another language (the target language).

We try to make the process for requesting and receiving a quote for translation services easy and hassle-free. Instead of filling out a sequence of forms to request a quote all clients need to do is send us the file(s) with text for translation by email or secure upload link and tell us the target language for the quote/project. That’s it. We’ll confirm receipt of the client’s message and files within 20 minutes (during regular business hours) and shortly thereafter a written quote will be emailed.

Can it be more easy? Possibly. We’ll keep working on it but for now here are the 3 steps for requesting a quotation for business translation services:

1. EMAIL FILE(S) TO US
Attach and email file(s) with text for translation to info@affinitytranslation.com. Or click here to securely upload files or zipped folders. Upload up to 25GB.

2. SPECIFY LANGUAGE(S)
Please indicate the target language(s) for translation in your message (e.g., into French, Spanish, English, or virtually any language).

3. WAIT FOR OUR QUOTE
We’ll confirm receipt of your files and then email you our quote and delivery schedule … normally within just a few minutes. Fees are based on the word count.

Once you receive our quote you’ll know the cost for services (factoring in discounts for volume and repetition, when applicable) and an expected schedule for completing the project. On your approval we can begin the project. Completed translation project files are delivered electronically at project conclusion.
