Every translation or related language services project we perform is unique. There’s something about each requirement for language services that makes it different than the thousands of projects we’ve completed before.
If we start to think about a particular project as routine, being much like other past projects, we’re at risk of lowering our standards. Also the work is somehow less interesting.
So we guard against an attitude of routine becoming the enemy of delivering high quality work. We remind ourselves that there are no more important projects than the ones we’re working on now.
